Terms of sale

Ordering

Add the pieces you want to your bag and go to checkout. There you enter your delivery address, choose how the order is delivered and how you pay, and see the full price, delivery included, before you confirm. We then send an e-mail acknowledging your order.

The sale is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. If we cannot fulfil it, for example because a piece sold out at the same moment, we tell you as soon as we can and refund anything you have paid.

Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR). The price shown on a piece is its full price, including any VAT; delivery is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. If your card is issued in another currency, see the currency conversion statement.

Should a price be shown wrongly by mistake, we contact you before dispatch and you can keep the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment

At checkout you can pay by card, by bank transfer, in cash on delivery or when collecting the order, depending on your address and what is offered for your order. Card payments are made on a secure page run by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment arrives; the bank details are in your confirmation e-mail.

Availability

Kokoro pieces are made in small seasonal series, so some sell out and are not made again. When a piece is out of stock you can leave your e-mail address on its page, and we write to you if it returns.

Delivery, returns and complaints

Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs is on the delivery page. You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, and you have the right to complain about a faulty piece; both are explained under refunds and complaints.
