What we collect and why

• Orders. Your name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number and what you bought, so we can deliver the order, write to you about it and keep the records the law requires us to keep. The phone number is needed by the courier, and is required for cash on delivery.
• Payment. Card details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider and never reach us. We only learn whether the payment went through.
• Messages. When you write to us through the contact form or by e-mail, we keep your name, address and message so we can answer you.
• Back-in-stock requests. The e-mail address you leave on a sold-out piece, and which piece it was, so we can write to you once if it returns.
• Visits. A few cookies keep the shop working, and some analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. The cookie policy lists each one. When something breaks on the site, a technical error report may be sent to our monitoring service; it describes the page and the browser, not you.

Who handles it for us

The shop runs on the Increment Commerce platform, which stores bags and orders on our behalf. Card payments are processed by the payment provider you see at checkout. Contact messages and back-in-stock notices reach us through Brevo, an e-mail delivery service; the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Analytics, if you accept them, is Google Analytics. Each of these handles your data on our instructions and under its own security commitments, and none of them may use it for anything else.

We never sell your data, and we do not send newsletters or advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records stay for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Messages are kept until answered and for a reasonable time after, in case you write again. A back-in-stock request is deleted once we have written to you, or earlier if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to kokoromontenegro@gmail.com and we will answer. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro, or to the data protection authority in your own country.

We update this page when something changes; the date at the top tells you when.
