Cookie policy
Last updated 9 September 2026
Kokoro is a small studio and this is a small shop, so we keep cookies to a minimum: a couple to make the shop work at all, and a few more, set only if you say yes, that help us make it nicer to use. This page tells you what each of them does.
The shop is run by KOKORO D.O.O., Peka Pavlovića br.P+4, Nikšić, Montenegro (PIB 03262286). What we do with the details you give us when you order, and the rights you have over them, is in the privacy policy. This page is only about cookies.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so the site can recognise your visit the next time it hears from you. It is how a shop remembers a bag between two pages, or that you already answered a question.
Cookies we always use
These keep the shop working, so they are set without asking. They hold no advertising and are read only by our own server.
- Your bag — remembers the pieces you have added, for 30 days, so they are still there when you come back to check out.
- Your receipt — set when you place an order and kept for a day, so the confirmation page can show you your order again. It is only ever sent to that page.
- Your cookie choice — remembers the answer you gave below, for six months, so we stop asking.
Cookies we use only with your consent
If you accept, we also set cookies that show us how the shop is really used: which pages get read, which pieces get looked at, where a visit runs out of patience. We read that in aggregate, to fix what is confusing and to make the shop better to use. It is never used for advertising and never sold. The tool is Google Analytics, so Google receives this data too and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Decline and none of this is set. Nothing about the shop stops working, and we will not ask again for six months.
Your choice
You can change your mind at any time, here:
Managing cookies in your browser
Every browser can list, delete and block cookies in its settings, and that works here as it does anywhere else. Blocking the essential ones will stop the bag from holding on to what you put in it.
