Every order is packed by hand and sent from our studio in Nikšić, Montenegro.
Where we deliver
Enter your address at checkout and you will see the delivery options available for it, with their cost, before you confirm. If no option appears for your country, we do not deliver there yet; write to us and we will see what we can do. Where it is offered, you can also choose to collect your order from the studio instead.
How long it takes
We dispatch pieces that are in stock within two to three working days of your order, or, for bank transfer, of the payment arriving. From dispatch, delivery within Montenegro usually takes one to three working days and elsewhere in Europe about a week, depending on the carrier and on customs. We let you know by e-mail when your order leaves the studio.
What it costs
Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout for your address and appears as its own line in the order total. Cash on delivery, where offered, may add a small fee, also shown before you confirm.
Customs and duties
Orders sent outside Montenegro can be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are charged by customs or by the carrier on delivery and are paid by you; we cannot predict them and they are not included in our prices.
When the parcel arrives
Please check the parcel when it comes. If it is damaged or something is missing, tell us within a few days at kokoromontenegro@gmail.com, with a photo if you can, and we will sort it out. Returning a piece is explained under refunds and complaints.
