Currency conversion statement

All prices in the Kokoro shop are in euros (EUR), and every payment is charged in euros.
Cards in another currency
If the card you pay with is issued in a currency other than the euro, your card issuer converts the amount into that currency at its own exchange rate on the day the charge is processed, and may add a conversion fee. The amount on your statement can therefore differ slightly from the price shown in the shop. Kokoro has no influence over that rate or fee and cannot refund the difference.
A refund is made in euros as well, so the amount that returns to your card can likewise differ a little from what was charged.
Bank transfers
A bank transfer should be made in euros for the exact amount in your confirmation e-mail. Any charges your bank makes for the transfer are yours to pay; if less than the full amount arrives, we get in touch before dispatching the order.
